Central European Wood was founded in 2014 as a start-up. The company provides comprehensive forestry services for forest owners. A public limited company, its business share is sold in the form of an option contract (acquisition period: 2014 – 2021). It specialises in forest management, the purchase and sale of timber, mining, tree growing and risk felling, and consultancy. A development strategy was created based on the purchase and lease of forest land and subsequent asset management.
